Divorce & sole custoday

my husband has lived in New York for 3 years but has just filed for divorce and custody of our two boys in Conneticut?

He has done this by using a friend's address but surely this is not right?

Connecticut is a no-fault state, NY is not.

You need to challenge "jurisdiction" and have proof he doesn't/hasn't lived there for the requisite time period.
