Divorce without spouse's address

I don't know where my spouse lives. Can I still get a divorce?

Unknown whereabouts of spouse

Yes. However, it will cost more and take more time due to the extra steps involved, including filing a motion to proceed by publication, and the court-ordered advertising. We are not aware of any law firm offering lower prices than us for this type of divorce.
