Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have a Divorce Stipulation in New york. It requires me to pay Child Support- Extracuricular Activities Expenses as worded " for activities which involves fees for costs for attendance, uniforms and equipment ( including but not limited to, sports activities, dance and music )". Am I require to pay PROM Expenses ie. Dress, shoes, limo, tanning , hair ticket, hotel room. under this provision in the agreement????

I would not consider prom to be an extracurricular activity. I would consider it to be a social event - like going to a movie or show. It is my opinion that this is not considered child support. However, a judge come to a different conclusion.
