Wife filed for divorce, supreme court in queens heard the case dismissed her claim without prejudice. i currently have custody of children. Told by the court I have to return to family court start over for custody. Which forms do i fill out for child support, court dismissed her case before awarding child support?

Re: Divorce

Go to the Family Court on Jamaica Avenue. After you go through the metal detector ask the officer to direct you to the intake room. There are personnel at the Court that will help you with the forms.
