Can I divorce my wife if I got maried in Ireland and I now live in the United States I have tried already , she agreed to a smaller amount of child support every month on the condition that she got a large amount up front which was agreed by the court,s when my divorce was about to be signed the judge only saw the amount of child support and put my divorce through the court,s again for the second time ,it reopened the whole thing again she fought for more money every month and got it ,triple the amount , on the condition that she would sign the divorce papert,s she agreed verb ally she will not sign the paper,s no matter what what should I do PS I have inquired legally in Ireland but they said would have to reopen the whole thing again ,and as it stand,s she is entitled to everying If I die HELP

Yes you can file in the USA, assuming you do not have a currently pending case elsewhere.
