can i keep my wife from moving back into our home, she has not contributed to the cost of the home in two years at least and iam totally disabled and can no longer work. its now in forcloser,ihave been keeping up with things untill recently when things have become increasingly diffacult for me. she is very abusive towards me and has drawn blood from her abuse. i have no desire to bring any ill will to her i just want to split and go on with my life the best i can. i really can not afford legal assitance so i am looking for ansewers that will hold true

If she has abused you and caused physical injury and you are in reasonable fear for your safety, then I recommend you tkae out a domestic restraining order to keep her out of the home and away from you.
