My wife served me with divorce papers, stating false reasons for why she wants the divorce, how can i contest it?

You should consult with a qualified matrimonial attorney in your area to discuss your options. While New York is the only state in the nation that still requires legal grounds for a divorce, judges don't like telling individuals that they have to stay in a failed marriage.
