Legal Question in Family Law in New York
im a divorced father who has joint legal custody of my kids. i pay child support amongst other care for the kids.I dont always have all the money my ex wants so she then tells me that she wont let me see my children. in our divorce degree it states that i can see my girls monday through friday and every other weekend. it states i can can have them in the morning while she works.. she is deliberately not working in the morning and shes keeping the kids from me. ive been watching them from 7am until 1pm since they were born. shes trying to take this away from me over money.. any suggestions?

Yes. You need to file a petition in the family court for enforcement and/or modification of your divorce agreement. You will need to bring your divorce agreement and a copy of your judgment of divorce with you to court. You may also want to consider hiring the services of an attorney to assist you.
If you are divorced, and you both signed a Stipulation of Settlement or Separation Agreement, then that paper would have the terms of visitation and you can enforce JUST those rights. Family Court referees / judges / magistrates generally specialize in certain kinds of cases, so if your ex-wife brings up money, it will not be discussed in that part.
I cannot comment on the working issue, as I cannot see your agreement.
