Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am a divorced father of a 13 year old girl. My former wife has full custody and is seeking child suppot for the first time. I am currently disabled and receiving my pension and workers compensation. Approxamately what percetage of my income would she be entitled to.

The state law under which child support is determined, the Child Support Standards Act, says that the appropriate percentage for one child is 17% of gross income, less certain deductions, up to (effective January 2010) $130,000.00.
