Legal Question in Family Law in New York

If I am already divorced and the matirmonial agreement signed by both parties states that my ex gets the house and has to refinance within 6 months. I am currently still part owner in the house and my ex is working on getting the refinance complete but cannot without my signature, can I put the house up for sale even if he disagrees? He is paying the mortgage right now and living there and our 3 kids live there every other week.
