we are divorced and my ex is remarried i need her to sign off on our house

my ex and I are divorced and she is remarried I am trying to get a mortgage on my home and i need her to sign off on the house. She left me and moved in with another man long before our divorce was started and finalized now she wants my home and me to pay her $5000.00 is there anything that i can do not to have to pay her or give her my home?
