divorse

i'm a jamaican living in the U.S.A how do i go about getting a divorse,my wife is in jamaica,i was married in jamaica,but i dont want to go there to do it.

You may sue for divorce here as long as you have been a resident of NYS for at least two years prior to commencing the divorce. However, since your wife is in Jamaica, you may have a problem obtaining jurisdiction over her. You need to speak to an attorney about the options. You can give me a call.
