Filing for divorce. I haven't seen my wife in 30 years. I can't locate her. What now?

You can still divorce her.

You will have to show that you made a good faith effort to locate her, and then serve her using periodicals.

It should not be a problem. You can still get divorced, although it is more expensive. Our total fee is about $1500. Most other lawyers charge $2500 and up. Feel free to contact me or visit my website for more info.
