Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Domestic partnership seperation

Me and my Girlfriend(EX) had a domestic partnership agreement in NYC, we have recently split, at the time we were together we had purchased a home, which we shared for the past 10 years. The Bills were split 50/50. However her name appears only on the mortgage, what is my legal right to the home, am I entitled to 50%?

Re: Domestic partnership seperation

Assuming that both names are on the deed, you are entitled to 50% of the equity in the house.
