I am about to get married and I want to know if when I marry him do I then inherit any debts he might have such as judgements in his name and medical bills incurred prior to our marriage?

You do not inherit any debts or judgments prior to the marriage, After marriage, the only way you can be liable if you contract together such as cosigning for a mortgage, loan, etc.
