Legal Question in Family Law in New York

If I download a post-nuptual agreement form, and fill out with my wife, how do I make it legal?? Do I need to get 2 different lawyers to sign as the witnesses?? Or just 2 notary publics?? How much, if any should a lawyer get paid if just signing the document, and not doing the actual preperation?? Thank you

It is legal if you both agree to the terms and sign it. You should both have an attorney review it but what they charge will be up to them.
