Drug test

I need help please!!!! I have to see my kid on friday and the lady from acs is asking me to take a drug test ( do i have to take a drug test ??) even if i have supervised visiation ?????? I need someone help in this matter...... The kid is not living with me, the kid is living with the mother and the grandfather but he too have to take a drug test on friday .... I know i am clean off any type off drugs but i just want to know do i have to take a drug test even if i have supervised visiation ????? Can someone please help

Re: Drug test

If there is an Order from the Court then you must take the drug test. If there is no Order then you have no legal obligation to take a drug test.
