Re: Educational neglect

Child welfare considers the parent to be neglectful, and if one child is neglected, then all of the children can be considered neglected.

In other words, the children are not listed as neglected children, it is more that the parents are considered neglectful parents, and all of the children can be considered in danger.

It is not up to the children to determine whether or not they are going to school. They are required to by law to be in school.

You can force them to go to school if they are under the age of 16, by going to family court and filing a PINS petition (Person in need of supervision)

Children's services can make any allegation they wish. They still have to prove their case.
