Legal Question in Family Law in New York
can someone use a email against me at anytime or is there a time limit? when my daughter was born i had a form or the baby blues and i wrote my boyfriend email about how hard it is to take care of a baby when he is at his own house. i said things that i didnt really mean. he just isnt a really good father and i want to go to court but im scared i will lose my daughter. can u help?

You're going to need to consult wth a family law attorney in your area. While the e-mail can be used against you, a good lawyer will be able to make the point that it was a long time ago and in specific, limited circumstances.
