Can i get emancipated in the state of new york at the age of 15 . My parents have failed me in everything such as love & cloths and shelter

Yes, you can petition the family court for emancipation but the requirements are very difficult to get to. You should go to family court and talk to a clerk to file the petition. Having funds will be necessary since you will not qualify for a court appointed attorney.
