I have a son that I haven't seen for 11 years, My ex-wife went to Texas and told me I would never see him again.

I found them in August, My son and I don't talk at all.

Can I sue (ex-wife) her for Emotional distress, for messing up Jr and Sr relationship. Can I hold her financialy accountable for any of her actions? I have been hurting for years, It lead to my Alcohol Problem that I kiced years ago.

She currently lives in CA.
