Enforcement of Court Order in interim child and spousal support

Judge ordered future ex (defendant) to pay back child and spousal support, pay off oustanding debts on credit cards and other sundry expenses. We haven't heard from his attorney, which is odd, although we've sent the list of amounts for reimbursement. What measures can be taken for enforcement of interim payment?
