Enforcing divorce agreement
How do I go about getting my ex to help pay for the college loans that I co-signed for? Our agreement says we have both pay it based on our incomes. Now, neither my son or ex return my calls and Citibank is coming after me!

If your divorce settlement agreement states that he is to help pay for the loans, go to supreme court or family court and bring an enforcement action against him. You should get an attorney to assist you.
