Legal Question in Family Law in New York
What would she be entitle to?
I have different types of income. Consider everything equal, I would like to know which incomes she can attack in a divorce. Of course a little highlight to the background. She owns a mobile home (worth 32,000), 2 cars (worth 10,000) and has a job that pays 1,300 a month. Her son (that lives with us who pays nothing for ''room and Board'' and his job is off the books)which makes 1,300 a month. I on the other hand have the following incomes. VA Disability (before we got married) $170.00 a month, Federal Government Annunity (while we got married (however, this is a disability annunity of which I pay for medical out of it on my own free will for her and her son) $935.00 a month and now currently I'm on Workers' comp (job injury to lower back) of which I can never work but a part time (20 hr job) $1,480.00 a month. Which of my incomes would u feel a judge would give her some of? Also, next year, the insurance co. might settle with me, would she be entitle to any of that as well? Thanks you for your time and review on this.

Re: What would she be entitle to?
She might be "entitled" to pay spousal support to you. Consider it; and get a lawyer and request that she pay for the lawyer.
Good luck,
