Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Is She Entitled
My wife left me 2 1/2 years ago from our Bkln apt w/ our 2 kids 12 & 8. Ive signed a notarized promissory note for child support. I also get them every other weekend. Ive never missed a child supoort pmt or a weekend. But I am about to close on a house. I want to know if she is entitle to anything pertaining to the house. Will I lose the house or is it possible for her to acquire it due to the fact that she has been living with her parents. Addtionally, She is and has been working.What should I do to protect myself, what are my rights please help !!!!!!!!!

You are buying house, but you are not PAYING child support? Suggest you consult with an experienced matrimonial attorney.
