Equity of house

My husband brought a house 6 years before we married. I have lived in the house for 15 years and my name is not on the deed. We are getting divorced soon. Am I entitled to any equity?

Under most circumstances, yes. The precise amount to which you are entitled (assuming that you are entitled to a portion of the equity) depends upon a number of factors which I'd be happy to discuss with you...or you'll have no trouble finding a qualified matrimonial attorney on Staten Island...and you should discuss it with whomever you hire.
