My estranged husband and i have a mortgage together, He has been gone for at least 2 years and now he wants to come home and bring with him a woman and a baby
What legal rights do i have?

File for divorce and asked for possession of the house. If you have the sell the house, you should obtain credit for the two years you paid the mortgage. You should consult with a local attorney to handle the matter.
