Evicting 21 year old son

Where do I go to evict my blunt smoking son? I've tried locking him out, he just sat in front the door til I came home from work and pushed his way back in. Police did nothing to help. I live in the Bronx

If your son is 21, and is not in school he is no longer your responsibility.

If you lock him out, and he pushes his way back in then advise the police that he no longer lives with you.

You should also obtain a criminal court Order of Protection against your son, and show it to the police when they arrive.
