Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My ex-husband has been buying products (used computers and cars) from NY State Office of General Services auctions and reselling them for a profit. He has been hiding this and the income he has been getting from it from his child support obligations and cheating on his taxes by not claiming the income.

Is there anyway I can request copies of his purchases to show the court how much he is spending and claiming destitution? He's hiding all his income in Pay Pal accounts. Can't this been done through the Freedom of Information Act?
