Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My exhusband and I have joint custody of our kids. He is getting a little rediculous on asking me to help pay for tshirts he purchases for my son that are only $18 that he wants for his trap group. He also asks for half when he buys a gift for my daughter to give as a gift. For the past four years of our divorce I have not asked him for hardly anything and if I do it has to do with medical reasons. I also have not asked him for his part of my medical deductions out of my paycheck. I was wondering if I had every right to ask for that back payment(seeing that I haven't) of the medical coverage, dental and eye coverage deductions? And if I can and have to take him to court how probable is it that I will get my money from him?

If your order requires him to pay, you will probably win the back payments in court. Good luck!
