Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Ex-husband stopped paying child support for twins when they turned 18. Divorce papers state (just reread them) that as long as they are in college support was to continue until age 22 (now they are 22). Can I take him to court now for the $400 per month owed from 18 to 22. He does not contribute toward Parent Plus Loans, their education, or anything.
