Can she extend my visitation rights
one child 12 years mother custodial both parents joint custody divorce stipulation clearly specifies father picks up child friday eve return sunday eve every other weekend she remarried 1year ago , husband lives in maryland courts won't allow her to take my son away 30 mile radius and the best interest in child uphold. ny supreme court divorce.
exwife filed a petition family court as to following since the said entry of date there's a change of circumstances that petitioner in the process moving out of town & needs for visitation to be extended.judgement be modified for visitation from thursday afterschool or camp to monday returning child to camp or school...question can she impose the court to honor this request if i'm not in favor of it. her business affairs out of state have no signifigance to me whatsoever, she chose to relocate not i.
please advise how to play this out.
