My ex-wife and two children just moved into my home. Am I still legally bound to have to pay child support?

Yes, until you receive an Order terminating your obligation to pay child support.

Yes.

So file a petition in Family Court ASAP seeking to modify the child suport order to zero based on change in circumstances (they live with you). Do it now as it is not retroactive to the date she moved in.
