Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My exwife has remarried and moved out of town, and now I am having issues with her picking up the kids (I pick them up on Friday night) on Sunday night. I live in Buffalo, NY and she now lives in Naples, NY. When I pick up the kids it is close to a two hour drive to her house. She is now telling me that she has no legal obligation to pick up the kids. Is there anything I can do? I love my kids and hate that she uses them to upset me. Thank you.

You can use her refusal as grounds to change the parenting plan. If she doesn't want to pick them up, perhaps she would prefer that you have residential custody.
