can the courts make my girlfriend take a drug test if my soon to be ex wife says takes, if it is only hear say? And if so is she told the charges that can be held against her when it proved to be false?

Is this a custody matter?
If yes, and the child lives/visits with you and your girlfreind then the other parent may claim that your girlfreind is an addict and that she does not want your child around an addict.
