family court

My ex-husband is paying child support ,but my 3 children do not want to see him.hes filing for visitation.but it still doesnt change the fact they don''t want to see him.can he sign off his rights because the children do not want to see him. he see's there is no reason for him to pay support if they don't want to see him.can he do that?

The short answer is no. However, the Court will look into the reason why the children do not want to see the father. If it turns out that the reason why they do not want to see the father is from your actions, that may give the Court a reason to terminate child support.
