Family Court Jurisdiction

Do Family Court have jurisdiction when 1) the plaintiff is seeking child payment enforcement for a child over 21 years old, 2)the judgment of divorce states ''the defendant shall continue to pay $250 bi-weekly child support'' 3)''all matters of child support arrears is referred to a Special Referee to hear and report'' 4) there is no order for child support prior to the judgment 5) there is no child support worksheet 6) there is no findings of fact to show how the judge came to that child support amount 7)there is no order sent to Family Court about child support?

No. Under law child support stops at 21 unless there is an agreement otherwise.
