Family harrasment

My ex boyfriends family keeps calling and cursing me out at my job over my kids not seeing them but there afraid of there grandma because she got violent with them what can ido for them to leave me and my kids alone and do i have a ligitament reason to do so.

If a Court Order does not exist permitting or ordering the "extended family" visitation; And you are being harassed, threatened or otherwise being made to feel afraid for yourself and children, by these people, you may have grounds to Petition the Court for an Order of Protection for you and your children. Family Court, Supreme Court, or Criminal Court are Courts of competent jurisdiction.
