Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Family Law

My husband decided he did not want to be married any more so he moved out. We are not legally seperarted. I live in the house with our two children. My daughter is hearing impaired. I had to go to work. I receive every little money from my husband. I have to get money almost every month from my father to pay the mortage, bills & etc. What would be my best course of action? Also, someone told me I could receive disability Social Security for my daughter because of impaired hearing. She 100 0/0 deaf. She is 11 years old. Is this possible?

Re: Family Law

You should go to your local Social Security office to find out about the disability for your daughter. As for your husband, you would have to commence a divorce action and request interim relief for maintenance and child support. You should contact an attorney to discuss. visit my site www.traceyabloodsaw.com
