Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Family Law

Can I refuse to allow the foster care agency visits to my home, if the worker is antagonistic? I'm a father preparing to get custody of my son, but the worker is very antagonistic, confrontational and really pisses me off. She visits once a month (when my son is not visiting with us) to piss me off, instead of helping me and my wife as the foster care agency should.

Re: Family Law

The job of the foster care agency is to make sure that you are the proper person to have custody of your son. You must, it is iperative, that you cooperate with this person and show your displeasure with this person. This is a test and you must pass it for your son.

You may want to have an attorney to assist you through the process.

Good Luck.
