family matter

I've a partner for 29 years, he is the father of my daughters. Everything we got is on both names. If I die would my daughters be able to get my part of our possesions?

Yes because you held everything as tenants in common. So your daughters would get your portion of your common possessions. Had you been married u wouldve had a tenancy by entirety and he would get your possessions. However, to avoid a lengthy surrogate's court process, I would get a will if I were you.
