Legal Question in Family Law in New York

family

Hello. I would like to ask you this question because i am very worry about my financial problems. I am 37 years whit 3 children from my first married but now i am divorce and because of the child support i do not have enoufh money left for may self. Now I will get married soon, and my girl friend has a dougther 7 yearsn from her first marridge, my question is do I have to still paying the same amount of money to my children knowing that now i have a new responsability or can I apply to the court for it to be reduce under the new circunstances?

Since your fiance's daughter is not your biological child, the courts may not reduce your financial obligation to your other children.
