Re: Family Stealing Money
He may file a petition in family court demanding that the Court declare him emanicipated. And, the Release, Repayment, or Relinquishment of any and all property his aunt may be withholding from him.
Alternatively, he may request that the Court supervise all production and disclosure of documents; and appoint a law guardian.
A person does not require his aunt or another to produce his own social security card or birth certificate.
A person may personnally request his or her social security card and information, in addition to his parent's info, if they are dead, from the Social Security Administration.
He or she may also request a certified copy of their own birth certificate from the bureau of Vital Statistics, or Health Department, from the State of his birth, upon payment of the required fee.
He may use certied statements from his teachers, ministers, social workers, and so forth, and his school and health records, to verify and attest to his identity, in order to apply for his birth record and ss info.
Good luck,
