The father of my children recently got married. Does that woman have any legal right to my children?

The new step mother has only the rights that the child's father allows her, like to care for her during his visitation. Otherwise she has no independent rights.
What do you mean by legal rights?
She can sit with the children and pick them up from certain events during the father's visitation period.
Unless you have proof that she is phsycially or mentally harming the children, there is nothing to prevent the father from having her around during his visitation periods.
If you have a specific actions she's taken involving your children, you should repost the question with the specifics.
