Legal Question in Family Law in New York

if the father of my kid has a restraining order on him to protect me n my twin boys from him. what would likely happen if I move to florida for a job from ny. the father has not paid a dime of child support and hasn't seen the boys since October. not to mention peternity just got established. his name is not on birth certificate
