about father's right's
im expecting a baby in agust the father's family that he lives with has 5 cps cases agiant them but closed he has no job,getting ssi wan'ts visitation at his residence but i wan't supervised vists here at my home with my mother and he has mentally hurt me with the growing fetus inside me by saying stuff

Offer him the supervised visit. If he refuses, see an attorney or go to family court and speak to a counselor or clerk there. If that fails contact the Bar Association in your county and ask if they have a family court referral panel where an attorney will speak with you for a half hour for little or no free.

As I think about it you should also contact any colition for battered women. YOu don't have to be beaten to be battered.
