Fathers rights

Do i have to pay child support after i signed off all rights and my child is being adopted ?

The bare bones answer is that adoption entails the abandonment of all parental rights and responsibilities on the part of the biological parent; so I doubt that any child support order remains in effect. I assume that the order for the termination of your parental rights contains language to that effect.
