Fathers visitation rights

My children who live with their mother and her boyfriend in new york state refuse my requests for communication, telephnoe or email addresses for the children, ages 19, 17, and 12. I also wish for them to visit with myself in Fl. but they do not correspond with me. what are my fathers rights, yes I pay support for them and have alsways.

what can I do and how?

Re: Fathers visitation rights

Read your final judgment for dissolution of marriage and marital settlement agreement if you have this document to determine how visitation was adjudicated. If given visitation than you must file a motion with the court to enforce the Final Judgment.
