Legal Question in Family Law in New York

FC judge has just given more visitation to a father who was indicated in a endangering the welfare of a child charge in Jan. Law guardian never reported the findings to the judge and never gave the judge the childrens counselors report recommending visitation be suspended until the father gets some help. The children cry and fight not to go with him they are 5&6 yrs old he is abusive. The same judge and law guardian for 5 years and mother has never had one appearance go in her favor. Father has 59 pages of police reports for verbally abusing mother and children he also works for same county in ARC Seneca/Cayuga. What can we do to get justice kids are being subjected to abuse.

You would have to file a motion before the Family Court to reargue the decision based on evidence not made available to the judge at the time he or she granted visitation to the father.
