Legal Question in Family Law in New York

am a female physician who is going through an awful divorce and custody battle from a wealthy lawyer who filed in criminal court false allegations (that i had been physically abusing him and our 2 children for 5 years although he never called police or CPS) to obtain a exparte temporary restraining order against me, with THREE unfounded CPS investigations called in by him (CPS even urged me to file a complaint of harrassment against him), a family court judge saying that if he called CPS again he would be arrested, and the temporary restraining order (which was initially filed by spouse exparte in local criminal court because family court was on vacation) being withdrawn four months later and the judge and law guardian saying on record that there were never any basis for his allegations. Unfortunately, the legal fees have left me near bankrupt, and I believe that this is showing up on background checks which would effect my ability to get physician licenses in other states, get credentialled etc...Can I get temporary restraining order which was withdrawn expunged/sealed? Also, is it possible to file for bankruptcy?
